As Realtors, the Code of Ethics serves as our guiding principles, ensuring fairness, professionalism, and integrity in every transaction. In Arizona, the Commissioner’s Rules hold the force of law and, while similar to the Code of Ethics, have distinct requirements that every Realtor must follow. This course provides a comprehensive comparison of the two, offering valuable insights into their key differences. Realtors will earn CE credit for Commissioner’s Rules while also fulfilling NAR’s Triennial Code of Ethics requirement—a critical step in maintaining professionalism and compliance in our industry.
