AZ Ethics: Licensee Duties (3 Contract CE)

A highly interactive continuing education course that connects the REALTOR® Code of Ethics with the Arizona Administrative Code and the legal duties imposed on real estate licensees. 

Students explore how the 2026 Code of Ethics intersects with Arizona’s Licensee Duties, including fiduciary responsibility, disclosure, conflicts of interest, compensation, competency, property access, and the obligation to recognize when outside professional advice is needed. 

Approved to satisfy the NAR Code of Ethics training requirement and Arizona Department of Real Estate continuing education requirements.
