State Law and Federal Law set our standards as Real Estate Agents when it comes to Fair Housing. As Realtors, our Code of Ethics sets a higher standard. "The Code, The Law, and Fair Housing" is an essential course for real estate professionals, combining a look at the National Association of Realtors (NAR) Code of Ethics with a comprehensive review of both Arizona and Federal Fair Housing laws. This course not only fulfills the new NAR Triennial Fair Housing training requirement but ALSO fulfills the NAR Triennial Code of Ethics requirement AND provides 3 hours of continuing education credit for Arizona real estate agents.
