Event will be held at the Starting Point at the Pine Ridge Marketplace on Highway 69 - 3106 Gateway Blvd. Brand new classes, bigger venue, all meals included! 6/25 9 am - noon class: "Navigating Fair Housing" Keri Means will explore the nuances of fair housing laws and regulations in real estate. Learn practical strategies to navigate fair housing challenges and legal pitfalls. One of the tools that will be used to explore this is NAR’s Fair Haven Program. Brand new class! 3 Fair Housing CE's.

6/25 1 pm - 4 pm class: "What is Happening NOW?" Bill Iannelli will deliver timely and relevant updates on current affairs in this session with a refreshed focus on what's happening locally and nationally. 3 Legal Issues CE's.

Fun after class event on 6/25 will be networking at a local Historic establishment with 2 drinks on PASoRE!

6/26 9 am - noon class: Mike and Sally Liddicoat with a brand-new Contract Law class "Ready, Set, Shift!". They will go over the newest changes in the Buyer Broker Agreement, Listing Agreements and other AZ forms! 3 Contract Law CE's.

6/26 1 pm - 4 pm class: Gary Nelson with a brand-new Agency class, "Get Smart: How Not to Be A Secret Agent" that will focus on the best practices on being a Seller Agent, Buyer Agent or Dual Agent within this new environment. 3 Agency Law CE's.
