This 3-hour course equips Arizona real estate professionals with the knowledge and skills to confidently navigate the Cure Period process within the Arizona REALTORS® Residential Resale Real Estate Purchase Contract. 

Students will explore the legal foundation of the Cure Period Notice, how and when to properly use it, and the implications for both buyers and sellers.
