Implicit bias exists within all of us unfortunately. PAAR encourages our Members to educate themselves about the Fair Housing Act and how implicit bias may result in violations and ethics. We'll identify types of bias and strategies to discover unconscious biases so we all can best serve all our clients and others. Includes 3 Fair Housing CE's in AZ. REALTORS®, Affiliates and Non-Members welcome. The $45 includes your Center for REALTOR Development certificate fee. Lunch is included.
