The SRS designation is the premiers credential in seller representation. It is awarded to real estate professionals who demonstrate the knowledge and skills essential for seller advocacy. SRS designees represent a global community of real estate professionals who use their advanced training and expertise to meet and exceed client expectations. This is a 2-day course and includes the $60 Royalty Fee, breakfast and lunch both days. 12 CE credits: 3 Agency Law, 3 Contract Law and 6 Disclosure CE's. $199 until May 10 then $219.
