This informal class with a local, reputable Appraiser will cover how to deal with appraisals that may come in lower than the sales contract. We will cover topics such as: Can you talk to the appraiser? What you can and cannot discuss about the report? What information or data to provide to the buyer’s lender? This is an interactive class, so any other valuations, concerns or questions are welcome! No CE but lunch will be provided from Greg Riordan of The Riordan Group of Legacy Mutual.
