Starting on February 3rd, 2025, the Prescott Area Association of REALTORS® will be transitioning to Realist Tax. Realist offers property records and comprehensive property intelligence, giving you access to premium insights, analytics, and risk reports that will help your clients make informed decisions in their real estate journey.  

Realist is NOW live and ready for use via the PAAR Dashboard or through the MLS! Realist is fully integrated with FlexMLS for your ease of use. Monsoon will remain accessible via the PAAR Dashboard and the MLS until February 3rd, 2025.

To begin the transition process to the new platform, we encourage all members to begin exploring Realist now through the icon on your Member Dashboard. Take this transition period to become familiar with the system and learn about all of Realist's capabilities before Monsoon is officially retired.
