Introducing RENEW! Prescott Area School of Real Estate and PAAR Education Committee will be presenting a new, annual event called 'RENEW', which will be a 2-day event being held at Sharlot Hall Education room with 4 CE classes to total 12 CE credits and will include a fun, catered Happy Hour/Karaoke after class on Monday from 4:30-6:30pm!! Breakfast and lunch provided each day plus the party for only $99!! CE courses will be: Agency, Commissioner Standards/COE, Contract Law and Disclosure.

Rules of the Jungle w/Keri Means - a brand new class that goes over real-life scenarios of advertising and also your fiduciary duties. Meets NAR COE requirements and 3 Commissioner Standards CE's.

Which Hat Are You Wearing? with the Liddicoats - a brand new class also! Your agency relationship carries a lot of responsibility. Gain a better understanding of the responsibilities that go along with your agency relationships with buyers and sellers. 3 Agency CE's.

Spend your day with 2022 AAR Instructor of the Year, Bill Iannelli, as he instructs another new class: Contract Law: Changes, Updates and new Applications, which goes over all the new AAR forms and changes. 3 Contract CE's

Bill Iannelli will instruct us on the importance of Disclosure Do's and Don'ts -- how and what to disclose and will discuss the proper way to talk about this with your clients, with form examples, even case law examples. 3 Disclosure CE's.
